Atlantic city restaurants are not the most varied lot, but there are a
lot of options to choose from. You won't find a large number of ethnic
restaurants, but the ones you will find are generally excellent. Remember,
this is a city filled with businesses trying to get you to keep all your
spending within their doors, so the dining competition is stiff. All the
giant hotel/casinos have some world-class dining to boast of, but we prefer
to look beyond their buffets and five-star restaurants. Atlantic city
has some great local eateries that have been around for years, and with
